KG Crunch

An innovative solution to support the characterization and research of talents using the main recruitment platforms of the Web: LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster…etc.

Our Talent acquisition web platform called KG Crunch develops an innovative approach based on the intensive use of keywords. It maintains a knowledge base composed of tens of thousands of keywords grouped by themes and called KG (keywords group). Soft skills, hard skills, certifications, regulations and norms, professionals of sector…etc, our solution contains an incredible sum of keywords used to analyse the client needs for new talents. Then the same keywords groups are used to query the main Recruitment web applications, making the most of their technical ability to filter their database of profiles, in order to quickly identify the best matches candidates / recruitment needs.

Our in-house Product department is proudly proposing the KG Crunch solution as a SAAS (software as a service) to the market with a first focus on Banking and Insurance recruitment sectors.

His knowledge of the recruitment market helps us focus on services with high added value. Our solution simplifies the journey for recruiters seeking for new experienced talents by masking the technical complexity and avoiding the pitfalls of web search.
