Develop the Performance

CapFields invests most part of its annual gross profit in Research & Development.

One of the company objectives is to develop the performance of its three building blocks: Web 2.0 Lead Generation, Web 2.0 Talent Acquisition & Knowledge Management and Contract Management. This commitment to progress allows CapFields to propose new services covering very specific and recurrent clients’ needs.

As a member of the Product Development process cycle each consultant may participate in the design, the conception or the development of new products or services.

  • An innovative Web platform dedicated to recruiters helping them to enhance web search efficiency and productivity
  • The solution maintains a powerful database of professional keywords grouped by recruitment themes and used to build complex queries to search the Web for talents
  • Supported platforms: Monster, LinkedIn SalesNavogator, LinkedIn recruiter, Apec
  • Continually enriched with new keywords and features to increase the added value for recruiters.
