Our main objective is to contribute to the professional development of young people and train a new generation of talents for the Luxembourg marketplace.
CapFields has established a program for welcoming interns and work-study students, working with institutions in the Greater Region, to promote the inclusion of young people in the professional world and actively contribute to their training.
This initiative allows students from human resources, business, or recruitment programs to gain a hands-on experience of how a company operates while participating in rewarding and professionalizing assignments.
- Type of initiative: School-business partnership, welcoming interns, HR coaching, and business awareness.
- Target audience: Students with two to five years of postgraduate studies in human resources, business, and recruitment.
- Duration: Ongoing since 2024, renewed every semester.
