A leading Luxembourg banking group decided to expand access to discretionary portfolio management by launching a new investment service aimed at both Retail and Private Banking clients.
The ambition was clear: combine the expertise of Wealth Management professionals with a seamless digital experience, allowing clients to benefit from professionally managed portfolios through an intuitive and scalable service model.
The initiative required the coordination of numerous stakeholders across business, operations, legal, compliance, digital channels, infrastructure, marketing and external service providers. It also involved the implementation of a new operating model covering portfolio management, client onboarding, performance reporting, regulatory compliance and outsourcing governance.
