CapFields is an independent consultancy firm specializing in providing project management & business analysis services to serve regulatory, technology and efficiency driven challenges impacting Financial Institutions.

CapFields’ services cover the needs in management, functional and technical support in the following domains: Shareholder/Securities/Asset servicing, Investment & Asset Management, Retail & Private Banking, Investment Banking, Life Insurance, Bank & Insurance Accounting, Bank & Fund Treasury, Banking Risk Management, Bank & Fund Compliance.

Originally part of Trasys S.A (today NRB Group), current CapFields heads undertook a Management Buy Out in 2005; establishing CapFields as an independent company in 2008. In 2012 the governance of CapFields was expanded to four members, as Hassan Fadel and Bernard Cordeau brought their considerable expertise to the company, allowing CapFields to further its mission to deliver 'Best of Breed' services to its clients.

Our strength lies in our community of high-level consultants, our in-house delivery frameworks, and a culture centered on growing talent, trust, and impact — both for our clients and our team.

Social Responsability

CapFields is a socially responsible company. We make sustainable development a part of our corporate strategy.

As such we are audited every 3 years for the constant efforts we deliver to improve our Governance, Social & Environmental impacts. CapFields supports the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption which are also part of our Enterprise Socially Responsible strategy where practical actions are been set to implement such governance principles.

In 2021, we received the CSR label which is a starting point of future improvements that we plan to share with our internal and external stakeholders.

Part of our CSR action plan is to embrace fraternity and contribute to build a peaceful world, this is why we decided to support the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg

Environment Responsibility

In 2025 CapFields initiated a new challenge by joining the Science Based Targets Initiative. Our company is concerned about the impacts of professional activity on the environment. Reducing CO2 emissions is an obligation that applies to everyone, individuals and businesses alike.

CapFields wants to fight, on its scale, against global warming by adopting the principles of the SBTi and by setting a roadmap towards “Corporate Net-Zero” carbon produced by our company.
