Joining CapFields means that for each joiner a "Consultant Manager" will take care of him so that he becomes progressively an actor within the company to develop its own activity. Representing CapFields towards clients, during conferences or workshops, he will be trained to CapFields approach and methodology.
During the first year, the CapFields consultant will attend different training sessions which will enable him to better climb the ladder of his personal evolution. Focus will be given to 3 main areas:
- CapFields
- Communication
- Networking
Our objective is to make you climb your capacity curb evolve in parallel with your potential within CapFields.
